3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed by De Antoine.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

De Antoine reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order if necessary, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, or system errors.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Available payment methods may include virtual account, bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet, credit card, or other payment options shown at checkout.

De Antoine does not accept Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid online through the available payment methods at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

De Antoine ships orders across Indonesia through selected shipping partners.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address and selected courier.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, high order volume, weather, address issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping courier, De Antoine is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, our customer care team will assist customers where possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact De Antoine customer care within 24 hours after receiving the order and provide: order number, clear photos of the product, unboxing video, and a description of the issue.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfume, reed diffuser, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged due to scent preference, change of mind, or personal suitability.

All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by De Antoine.

7. Authenticity

Products purchased from the official De Antoine website, official De Antoine stores, and authorized sales channels are authentic De Antoine products.

De Antoine is not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party sources outside our official channels.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions unless specified.

De Antoine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
